[Biturbos4] Throttle position sensor problem

I did not follow this thread blow by blow, but did you clean the TB  
and did you run the butterfly through its full range of motion  
several times?  They appear to develop some gunking.  I was getting  
an "EPC fault"  and the car would go into limp mode.
