Rear calipers

Hi - wondering if anyone knows if the rear calipers on the 84 4k are the
same as the ones used on the 5000's and early 90's?

 

Also, any chance these are the same as the A3 Golf GTI?

 

Visually from internet pictures they look the same - ETKA didn't have
any part numbers for the caliper its self, so couldn't compare that
(perhaps I missed something there)
