1990 CQ Door trim panel removal help needed

Hrm, I did take the door trim off once on my '91 coupe, but that's going
back a bit...

I really don't remember there being any more to it than undoing a load
of bolts (they lurk under the door-handles, inside the release catch,
down the trailing side of the door, etc) and then literally lifting the
whole thing vertically... ISTR it needed a fair bit of "persuasion"
though...
