Valves and Guides cont.

Hey folks,

Thanks to all those who responded.

Quattrocorner was suggested by some who responded directly and also Phil 
Payne who I was also able to harrass. A quick note to 'QC' has seen Pete 
Reeve come back with a thumbs up on being able to provide 'original 
spec' sodium filled valves.

Just an hour beforehand though I had someone from 034motorsport come 
back with  a suggestion of their larger (40mm vs. 38mm intake and 34mm 
vs.33mm exhaust) 'nitrided stainless' valves that would fit with new 
seats. These come complete with new guides, retainers & collets. New 
guides would be necessary as these have 7mm stems vs. the OEM 8mm. The 
other key difference is that these valves are not sodium filled, but 
given their other ratings and expectations, would that make a difference?

It's likely that we'll go with the latter. Primarily as it's our sons 
project and he has credit at 034.
