Need a tune up spec for a 4000Q

In an attempt to get a better timing curve on my turbo motor with 034 controls I put a 4000Q distributor in.? It has vacuum and centrifugal advance.? The 034 I have only does 30 degrees of retard and this is not enough.? Anyway with the new distributor in I can get a larger range of timing and hopefully tune for all situations.? Problem is I don't have a spec for what the initial set up should be with this unit on a stock NA engine.? With the vacuum advance unhooked I set it up for about 15 degrees advance at 1000 rpm, how close is this to the book numbers.
