Need a tune up spec for a 4000Q

That's pretty close - stock on n/a engine is 6 deg BTDC (at idle, ~7-800 
rpm), people often jack that up to 10 - 15 or so for a tad more power - 
whatever they can get away with with no knocking (and no power drop off).
