'86 4000cS Quattro

I am trying to decide whether i should put any more money into this 
vehicle or whether i should sell it. 

Body:  Good condition, with a ding in the front right corner light area
Engine: Good condition
Interior Could use some work, instrument panel is not secured onto the 
rest of the dash
A/C all wheel drive don't work, and it has a hard time getting into 2nd 
gear. 
Other then that, i enjoy driving it.

Any thoughts?
