1984 4k - no start

Thanks Tony;

I cleaned up the one on the manifold, np.

The one on the battery tray however - that nasty little bugger wants to
snap-off (its rusted in there pretty badly). Drilling in that spot
doesn't look very doable. So I'm a bit shy about snapping that bolt and
relocating that ground. Any suggestions here?

I haven't loosened the bolt on the tranny yet - I'll do that.

Vittorio -

One of the first things I'd be checking here is grounds. The one front
teh battery to the box to the transmission. Don't just look at it,
pull the bolts and make sure there is good contact. Also, check the
ground on the intake manifold. I'ts a known problem area.
