email list etiquette

Seems we need a refresher :)

-Please do not send NEW messages to the list by replying to emails you
receive instead of clicking "compose email", or clicking on
quattro at audifans.com in an existing message and selecting "email".
Replying and changing the subject line confuses email clients and the
list archive software...YES, even if you change the subject line.
There are hidden email headers your client sends referencing the old
emails. At the very least, delete the text which has nothing to do
with your email! :)

-Please trim replies. Many email clients and Gmail have the option to
only "quote" text you've selected when you hit "reply" (in Gmail, it
is a "labs" feature- click on the test tube up top.)

-This makes more sense to readers. Please put your reply below the
quoted text you are responding to. This is because people read left
to right, top to bottom. Bottom posting is preferred.

Danke,
Brett
