Not a fan of the Kennedy clan, but I took the thumbs up as an
acknowledgement to the crowd for turning out to honor Teddy.  All the
Kennedy folks seem to have that big toothy smile.

I'd guess the funeral director arranged the rides.  The local Audi dealer
has a similar TDI sticker on a similar car on its lot that I took to be
used as a demo/courtesy car.
