Used to use ZEs on the golfs for road rallies
Good dry grip and not bad in the wet for the money.
IIRC they used to go pretty hard after a couple of years, but i didn't get
many that lasted that long
Then the climate in North Wales is a bit different to Texas so the compound
may behave differently!
That was 15 years ago as well.
Bugger me, I'm getting old

Title says it all. Looking to put some new shoes on the urq, and it looks
like I will have to go to 17" to get something decent. SO much for the 15"
Fuchs or the 16" ATP's on there now. Although I have tended to do the UHP
tires on the car previously, I think that even though I don't drive it much,
I'll go UHP All Season because of the downpours we have in Houston. Can't
quite bring myself to shell out the $$$ for the Pilot Sport A/S or
Bridgestone 960A/S for the miles to be driven. Heard that these Falkens
were pretty good, albeit not quite as sharp.
Going to go with the Pirelli PZero Nero All Season's on the S6.
TIA,
Steve
