Actually I was dead serious - I picture someone with a remote starter
looking out at this crap today (9" of wet snow), pressing "run", going
back to their coffee, and the whole time the poor wipers are trying to
move 100 pounds of snow because they were left on "auto" driving home in
the mess the night before.
Of course, if they were *heated* wipers...
