injector seals

Well..had to go in 3 times.saw different leaky line twice..and injectors
have to be pushed in pretty good. result: Revs to 6500 super smooth.. Very
impressed.

Well.  Just changed injector seals.  Napa said there was only one (ther are
two.). SO got the big ones. Changed them and now the car runs like crap.
Well.I only idled it a bit..it was rough revving. Ran great before this.but
knew injectors seals were toast (they were mushed).  Anyway.  I didn't try
to see if it would straighten itself out.   I did find the injctors with the
old seals appeared to sit deeper than the new ones. ..which is probably
reasonable given the geometry of the flattened used seal.  Any insight?
These are the audi moments I dread.
