Oil Loss/Consumption/Pressure issue : Could it be Rear Main Seal?

I have no idea. Unfortunately. Had oil change at safety. (4weeks ago?)
Noticed lower oil level and added 5/30 (dumbass) oil, 1 litre. So seems to
be a mix in there now. I bought some oil, 10/40 semi-synth LubroMoly ...but
haven't done a change. Mayhaps that is necessary? If it is the rms I'm
going to change the front and rear seals (have to do timing belt anyway).

Seal?
What weight oil are you using?
