reasonably priced ratcheting terminal crimper ?

Folks

Does anyone know of a source for a reasonably priced ratcheting terminal
crimper  that will work (with interchangeable jaws?) for both open and
closed barrel terminals? I have a double scissors one, but it does not work
for small gauge wire. It's getting to the point where the wiring on the
200QA is so old and brittle in some places that every time I work on the car
a terminal breaks off. I need a reliable way of crimping new terminals
on.....
