I'll comment......
Fix the leak!  You should not have to add brake fluid, let alone
repeatedly.  OK- As things wear, a little fluid might be added in between
pad and rotor changes, but that's a 1 time add, if any.

The damp conditions could be brake pad wear sensor wires loosing continuity
or another wiring issue.
