I think if you can foot the bill for a $110k-120k car, you're not going to
be as concerned about paying an extra $5-7k for fuel over a year.
If I can't drive my Miata as a daily driver, I'd want a diesel, even though
it doesn't make sense from a cost standpoint with the current cost of fuel.
