Just a technical point. Oxygenated does not = pre-burnt. It just means that
the fuel has compounds in it that, when the fuel is burnt, releases oxygen,
which helps ensure complete combustion. It does, however, reduce the energy
content of the fuel, and depending on the oxygenate, can cause other
problems.

CIS works very well when new, but gets kind of cranky when old and worn out,
and the parts are expensive.
