Ignoring what must be removed for now since many others covered it, a 
year or two ago when steel was through the roof a guy came and hauled 
away a cgt with no engine or tranny and gave me $75 for it.  Can't 
remember if it still had wheels or not.

The "go between" type people are paying for junk cars these days - in 
our area these are the people who pretty much always would haul off a 
car for free in any random partially-stripped state.  I've had quite a 
few hauled away without wheels.
