I've had to "FIX" this on any number of cars, including one car twice
because the clowns at Best Buy "re-fixed" the wire I cut.  Trust me, THEY
paid for it, as the customer became very loud and very in-their-face in
front of a largish number of shoppers in the store after they tried to
blame the problem on anyone and anything but their technician.
