Seat Replacements

My 88 5kq driver seat is getting ratty.
The left bolster cushioning material has disintergrated and the metal 
frame has worn thru the fabric.

The front seats are the manual adjustment type.
How interchangeable are the seats from other models/years?

Can the driver seat back be swapped for the passenger seat back?

Anyone in the NJ area have front seats for sale? Light gray color 
preferred, but I'm not too fussy.
