Andrew's comment about pond scum seems to imply that a dealer who takes 
in a trade and looks to make a profit is doing something illegal,  Jeez, 
give it a rest.  With 6 years behind a desk selling Audi, I've seen 
plenty of pond scum. . . .  I think you might worry more about the 
private seller as he seems to be working both sides of the fence because 
if the dealer is doing his/her job right, their trade number is less 
than what you're offering.
