Tuning for High Altitude Performance

There is nothing much you can do. Your dealing with precisely why the
turbosupercharger was invented, to restore performance to aircraft at
altitude. It's simply a problem of lack of oxygen at altitude. You're stuck,
as is everyone else with a Normally Aspirated automobile.
