Tuning for High Altitude Performance

Just drop in an LT-1, doesn't notice nearly as much, lot of time and money
but it does work. :-)

I have to second there is not much you can squeeze out of the NA motors.
The good news is that there are plenty of cheap Type 44 turbos around. Not
the answer you wanted I'm sure but it is the best option if you want to get
some power in the thin air.

There is nothing much you can do. Your dealing with precisely why the
turbosupercharger was invented, to restore performance to aircraft at
altitude. It's simply a problem of lack of oxygen at altitude. You're stuck,
as is everyone else with a Normally Aspirated automobile.
