You need a 13mm to get the caliper bolts.  You sometimes need a 13mm 
or 14mm open end wrench to hold the floating pin to which the caliper 
bolts.  The carriers take either a 17mm or 19mm to get off (I can't 
remember which, but since I use a 17/19mm box-end wrench to do this 
with, the same tool works!)
