$200 for a transmission and shipping from the UK is no problem . . .

Absolute BS.

This is far too big and heavy for the postal service, and to ship a 20 foot container from the UK to 
the east coast of the USA is going to cost right at $5K - ask me how I know.

Western Union - he can say "London UK" but he can pick it up ANYWHERE in the UK with any kind of 
forged or stolen ID.

Deals that are too good to be true are too good to be true.

Forget it. Total scam.
