I had a client last weekend come to me with a "stuck" brake light switch,
which throws and engine code and eventually disables ABS and ESP.  Turns out
he put in the incorrect light bulb in the tail.  Single pin was shorting so
that when the headlights were on (and tail lights), the current would
backfeed to the brake circuit, illuminating everything, just like one was
stepping on the brake.  Replaced to the correct bulb and cleared the
codes.... all is well.
