Lots. The big one is the newer body style vs. the Type 44. The urS engine
is based on the 20V from the '91 200. The urS is about 500 lbs heavier.

Is this going to be a daily driver or a track/play car? The urS makes a
better daily driver. The 200, due to its lighter weight, can be a better
track car.
