Whooshing sound under the hood - not making full boost 200 10vt

I have a new dilemma. On my 200tq 10v, after I replaced knock sensor 2, all
of a sudden I'm not making full boost, and when I get to about 1.0bar, I get
a whooshing sound from under hood. Any ideas?
