Whooshing sound under the hood - not making full boost 200 10vt

Only one that "whooshes" is the Lower intercooler to turbo hose.  It's
NLA, but there are posts on how to use other parts to repair it.  I got
the last one in the country when they went NLA at the dealer, many moons
ago.
