Water, followed by Denatured alcohol works well. The oil might rot the
diaphragm, not sure what rubber they used.

On our 81 4k the Master failed and put a lot of brake fluid in the booster.
I vacumed as much of it out as I could. What else should I do?

I am thinking of maybe rinsing with water, allowing to fully dry, then
spraying penetrating oil in. Prevent rust and not dry out diaphram.

BTW this is on our Pikes Peak replica that we will be racing May 8 at
Thunderhill raceway in Willows CA.
