10v front pulley bolt again

332 ft/lbs according to isham.
Your plan of 325 and loctite should be fine.

I'm without a 2079/2084 to torque my crank bolt and I'm stuck on my  
phone so archives are a huge PITA.

What's the torque spec without the 2079? I recall 325 ish lb/ft. I'm  
going to loctite it too to be safe.
