Rekeying Audi 200 Ignition Lock

OK! So I finally got the replacement ignition lock and I'm looking for some
way to slide the tumbler assembly out so I can set the tumblers to match all
the other locks on the car....

Has anyone BTDT?

There must be a trick to it that I'm too feeble to determine.
