Rekeying Audi 200 Ignition Lock

You need to drill a hole in a specific location on the column lock casting.
The location is given in the Bentley. I had to do this on the V8 a couple
years ago. When you drill the hole it will allow you to access the clip
that releases the lock cylinder.
Make sure you check the electric part of the switch as that is likely what
caused the mechanical part to break ...

way to slide the tumbler assembly out so I can set the tumblers to match all
the other locks on the car....
Has anyone BTDT?
There must be a trick to it that I'm too feeble to determine.
