'91 100 After Run Fan

The after-run fan sucks some current and if you're doing a lot of
around town driving, you'll deplete your battery. When we bought
our '90 200T back in '93 or so, the switch had failed so that the
fan would run every time the car was started. The PO never took
short trips, so it didn't appear as a problem for him. My wife, on
the other hand, was driving the car around town and repeatedly
killed the battery until we diagnosed the problem. At that point,
Audi was seeing no failures of the switch, so it was pretty
unusual...
