Tony, I guess you're using IE 6 or 7, and it looks like the browser is set to 
automatically determine the site language priority. From what I recall you 
can't set this in the operating system. For IE7 and earlier you set it in the 
browser on a per site basis. 

Go to the site and when the page comes up right click on the page and there 
should be a menu item for encoding. Under encoding there should be an option 
that either sets it to automatic or manual. It's most likely set to automatic 
language selection and what you'll have to do is set it manually to English. 

You'll probably have to dig through some sub menus under encoding to find 
those options. I don't have a windows machine running right now, so I can't 
say exactly what menu that setting will be under. 

So, what are you doing in Mexico City, buying another 4k? :-)
