NAC, computer settings question.

This is completely off topic, but I have a question for one of the
computer guru's out there. I'm currently in Mexico City, and IE
automatically adjusts to spanish on certain websites. Two of them are
google and wikipedia. Is there any way to change this setting on my
computer itself. BTW, it's an older Dell laptop with XP and the
version of IE that comes with XP. I've not updated it, and I like the
older version.

Anyhow, any help on this matter would be greatly appreciated.

BTW, there are a ton of cool cars down here, wish I had my camera.
I'll bring it on the next go-around. They have SEAT's, tons of cool
little VW's, I've seen an S3. Also, these cool little pickups that
resemble the el-camino but on a smaller scale. Oh, and nearly
everything is standard, very few automatics here.
