Enjoy the AR - its a nice vehicle.
1. The vibration could be any of many things. IS it from the motor? The wheels? The driveline? The center driveshaft can develop some slop. It coudl also be weight transfer to an OOR or OOB rear wheel.
2. w/r/t to air suspension i dont know, except that the air springs have a finite life. You also might check whatever mechanism sets the ride height ( limit switches, etc).
