Depending on where you live [1], in winter a wheel can pick up some snow/slush,
which then freezes, and causes an imbalanced wheel. Later, when things warm up,
that ice cube melts and the vibration goes away.
[1] It's warmer in Concord NH today than Atlanta GA. But they're both still
in the teens F.
