Parking Brake Cable boots

Just checking out my 87 5000 TQ and noticed that the cable end boots 
were badly cracked. The cables themselves were replaced ~4 or 5 years 
ago, so I think they are still good. No signs of cracks in the casing or 
the like.

I would like to just grease the ends and replace the rubber boots, but I 
don't know if that part, just the end boot, is available anywhere. 
Anyone know if Audi/VW makes just that part (separate from the cable), 
or if there is a working replacement boot from some other application?
