1995 Audi 90 2.8 V6 Quattro. Randomly dies while driving.

So lately my 95 2.8l V6 Audi 90 Quattro will randomly die when driving. It
seems like it just randomly loses gas(fuel pressure) or spark, as it will
just stop running for a few seconds. But after maybe 5 seconds the car is
fine and contunies to drive fine as like nothing is wrong! The check engine
light doesn't come on. Car still has electrical power so it seems like maybe
a fuel issue? Any ideas of what this could be, and where I should start
looking? Any help will be greatly appreciated.
