Cabriolet - audis - fun

Britt,

This one made me laugh.

The one thing I'll add, though, is this. The A8 is great if it's your
only car. But, there are plenty of choices that are cheaper to
maintain, if you have more than one. For road trips, we use the wifes
Camry. So, my 4000Q still suits me fine, and I don't have to make
sacrifices that I otherwise would getting into a car like the A8.

But, for a lot of people, Fay included, a car that old/noisy/small
doesn't work, and of course I understand that point of view as well.
And, as you mentioned, and I'll afree completely, if you do the work
yourself, an A8 is a rough one to beat. A $70k plus car for under
$10k?? Lemeeee see, do I want a two year old (whatever), or an A8.
Boy, that's a tough one ;-)

BTW, on your A8, have you pulled and cleaned the valve body?
