Mot Audis through 2000 anyway, had four holes. These holes allowed a tool, or a coathanger, to push in a spring clip int he radio chassis. It is like a fish hook - tapered to go in, square to come out. Push in tool, pull out unit. Something must b binding.
To make tools cut two 1' sections of metal coathanger. Bend each into "U" same spacing as holes.
Start at beginning. Continue to end. Stop.
