Need code for Audi '96 A8 DELTA radio??

I bought a DELTA radio I removed yesterday at the local jun-yard from a 1996 Audi A8.

I have not installed it in my VW QSW yet but anticipate will ask for a CODE to be able to use it.

Does anyone know the code to reset it and which additional keys need to be pressed either simultaneously or before/after?

The fact that the radio looks like new, not a single scratch on its face motivated me to purchase it. It would be nice to hook up the CD changer located in the trunk but was missing the CDs holder box itself already
