200 10V stumbles, poor mileage

3 month ago I reported that stumbling and poor mileage was solved by
re-soldering contacts in TPS. Well, it did solve stumbling, most of
it, but poor mileage condition remained until I changed spark plugs a
week ago. I was surprised that bad plugs can lead to poor mileage while
engine works evenly and pulls well. Now I got 70 mi on a tank back.
I said "most of stumbling" because engine still does stumble when I
raise rpm from idle and only after I just started the car. There is not
hesitation after I start driving, or maybe drove a minute, even when I
change gears or idle on a light.
Anyone recognizes these symptoms?
