Hi Tihol,
If you have questions about importing a vehicle into Canada, the best place
to start would be the Registrar of Importewd Vehicles (www.riv.ca), where I
found:

Make sure you plan all the steps to bring it in. You'll need to pay fees
(RIV registration), a fair few taxes ($100 A/C excise tax, 6.1% duty), and
even taxes on taxes (GST+PST on the "value" of the car, which includes the
excise taxes and duty). Most important of all, make sure you let the US
border guys know 72 hours in advance that you're coming to the border,
otherwise they won't let you cross.
