Sadly predictable.  It's "never" the fuel pump...

I remember thinking it odd that you put new plugs and wires in but 
didn't mention the cap and rotor.  Glad you found it, anyway!

Think the last time I did a Bosch cap and rotor it was under $25 for 
both parts.
