[s-cars] illegal archiving

... and my point is... go ahead... enforce it.
During those legal issues I had I even went so far as to report the use of
pirated software to the governing bodies as well as the software manufacturer.
The long and short of it, surprisingly enough, was that despite the fact that
the work being done was being invoiced at over $2Million, the legal battle would
result in little or nothing in terms of benefit for the plaintiff. They chose
to ignore the issue and left me holding the proverbial bag.
Unless it is someone like the music industry shutting down the likes of
limewire, pockets aren't deep enough to feed the greed of lawyers. Sorry if I
offend anyone here but I can't justify $600+ an hour to get a "GOOD" lawyer. I
was actually looked at across a meeting room table and told that this was a
reasonable rate! For who? Bill freakin' Gates?
OK.. now I am getting angry again. I choose to gracefully bow out of this
thread. Needless to say... I got fucked!

If I've learned anything in my IP law courses... just because it is on the
internet doesn't mean it's in the public domain and free to use...
