Yes, but that's the "normal" situation for any brake components. It
only sucks ait till the griavity or pressure pulls the fluid back out.
When the master cylinder isn't pressed, there is a clear path from the
reservoir to each brake caliper, if that prop valve isn't shutting
things off.
