A4 seat options

They were not there in the 5000's I've parted with manual seats. And I
know for a fact they aren't in a 4000, although none of htem came with
power seats as an option.
However, I've done the conversion to power in two 5000's for others,
and it's really pretty simple. As mentioned, the rear seat tracks
match up. Having done other swaps where the width of the rear seat
posts had to be altered to line up, these are much easier. The rears
are the hard part of the seat. For the fronts you could make something
for mounting with some nuts and washers, and a hole saw or cutoff
wheel. Or, if you have the availibility, weld the nuts in place. Since
yours will line up in the rear, that's pretty much it other than
plugging in the seatbelt.
In regards to Kent, the center support will need to be cut out of a
manual car, and welded into yours. Make sure to get good measurements
as to the centering of it, as this is critical for smooth opperation
of the slider.
